CQC Inspection Report

 

A 4D Baby was set up in 2005 to provide affordable ultrasound scans to the local area.  We are a family run, non-diagnostic, CQC registered business, registered with the CQC since 2012, with a good reputation for providing quality non-diagnostic Early, Gender and 4D scans at a price people can afford.

Because we are a CQC regulated Healthcare Provider this means the CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulate our services.  The Commission look to see that services are Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led.  The results of the last Inspection are detailed below
